Robbing the talking head

has anybody successfully robbed the talking head in that special encounter for those SPECIAL raising stones and got away with it? And whats this about secret locations ors something?

my game had a glitch so i killed the head. i could hit it and all it would do is say "fuck off!". so i killed it and took the stones. as for the secret locations thats nothing just some nonsnsible jibberish. hope that helps.

It's just a normal Steal check as far as I know. Save first and you'll make it eventually. The stones are just an improved version of Psycho.

You can steal from the head?....wait a minute, you can kill the head???
Damn i thaught it was just something thrown in there be the designers...like an easter egg or somthing.

for stealing those thingies:
-steal them (doesn't matter if he notices it,
i never got it working to stay unnoticed even with 100+ steal anyways :o :D)
-run off the screen, press A to enter Combat Mode at half way or earlier
because you won't be able to leave without entering combat mode as he will kill you halfways
-then leave the screen using up your APs
(side note: if you have too less APs to do this in one turn
--> use up your aps up to 1, end combat, immediately reenter combat mode and run off)

this trick works just fine for running off from unwanted encounters, too, heh :7
