Salvatore's transaction on the desert

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Nov-21-01 AT 12:09PM (GMT)[p]well, ... is it some kind of a bug ? -> when I tell Manson (guess that's how his name is spelled) that I need time to prepare he tells me that I have only 24 hrs, but when I talk to him later, before the deadline (I even tried talking right after I tell him I need to prepare) he says I'm too late and ... BANG! ... gotta fight.

It seems that the only way to complete the quest is to say "Let's go" while speaking about the quest for the first time.
Did anyone have that problem ?

I did have that problem once. But since you can just accept it straight away, it doesn't matter, does it?

It sure doesn't matter...but -> another thread...

When you talk to the children near the Wright's you can get to the transaction place anyway (without having Salvatores involved) by giving your gun to one of them. When you go back to Reno you can see blood right where the children've been playing - is it because...? I mean - is it really uncool to give such things to the kids ?

That is the only to assainate someone in the family. If you think back to what you said when you talk to the kid. You can witness the event without Salvatore or giving the kid the gun though. Remove your powered armor first, I forgot if big scary guys scare them, so you may want to try without Goris or Marcus.
