Yes.
When you're about to enter San Fransisco from the world map, instead of clicking a triangle to go to a certain section of town, hit the number 5 (I think) on your keyboard. You will be inside the shuttle. Save your game before you go in, because there is no way out. It's a neat trick but mostly worthless.
