I found a pair of Scorpion Limbs in Torr´s cabin in Klamath, but I don't have a clue about what to do with it!
Does anybody else?

I read somewhere, that Myron can make antidotes if you give him the limbs. Haven´t tried it, though.

Those are tails.

The limbs do have a slight quest use in Klamath if you are going to rustle some cattle.

You sound like a moron when you say that without explaining. Also annoying, too. From all I've read and experimented, they have no use, so why don't you tell us and we'll see if you are really such a Fallout guru as you imply.
