Second PipBoy upgrade (20,000 experience free)
I don't know if any of you have found this yet, but there is a way to get 20,000 experience without a fight. Unfortunately it only works AFTER you've already won the game. (If you chose to continue.)
Go to the vault city computer on level 3.
There is an option to insert your pipboy again.
If you do so, this time the pipboy gives you thumbs up. (Instead of flipping you off for poor maintainance as he did before.)
The vault city central computer will download a file into your pipboy. It is a list of people the programers wanted to thank etc. If you skim through it all, in the second to last paragraph, their is a note from the programers thanking you for playing Fallout 2 and telling you how to receive your thank you. Just follow the directions and you get an easy 20,000 experience.
