If you go to the golden gecko saloon to trade, the bartender says something about specials sources. Ask for a discount long enough, and he will give it to you.
Also, I found a hand grenade. Some kid in Klamath had it.

That's not a secret, although I had it wrong in my guide. I thought he'd only give you the discount if you're a woman, but he will if you're male too (the dialogue changes slightly).

Neat. For some reason I missed that when I went on a "kill all" spree. One of them has a Molotov Cocktail, too. I updated my item lists accordingly.

The scary thing is some 6 year old plays the game, shoplifts a hand grenade in real life, and chucks in a large public area killing dozens.

Games these days...

I don´t think a six-year old would be allowed to enter a shop that sells hand grenades...

Yes but I think those kids got their weapons by stealing them. Once a kid stole my robe, the special one from the Bridge Encounter!!! (I wasn't wearing it though)
