Shades from New Reno...How do you get 'em?

I read in a walkthrough that you can get shades from one of Bishop's men in New Reno, and it gives you one plus Charisma. How do I get them? Which guy has them? i read in a walkthrough, but it wasnt very specific...thanx

salvatore's place. one of his guards upstairs has
them. i don't remember if you can steal them, i just
killed the guy...

Nope. Can't steal 'em, you have to kill MASON (the name of the guard) in the upstairs of Salvatore's casino.

Thanx, I killed Mason, but i was just wondering if there are any adverse effects of killing him... does it limit my quests? will it make it so I cant take certain quests? thanx.. I saved a game before I killed him so it wont be a prob
