When I get the brain, does it matter which one I choose....It said with my lack of knowledge I could only get 3...the human being the highest. Is the 4th brain the one I NEED?

Skynet will work at any brain but he's handier and more intelligent with the Cybernetic Brain(4th brain). But you'll need 140% at your Science skill to get the Cybernetic Brain.
