[FO2] Skynet problem

Skynet problem

I tried to activate the damn robot in Sierra Army Depot but wasn't able to do it, so
1)When Skynet tells me to bring him the Cybernetic brain and I do it , I am not able to use the computer , it shows me the following
"Downloading file corrupted"
Is this a bug or it's the way it's supposed to be?
2)So I find that incomplete robot in a nearby room to the room where Skynet is.
I use on him a Biomed Gel , the Cybernetic brain, but it needs some kind of "motivator".Where can I find that motivator?

1. It's supposed to do that.

2. The motivator can be looted from some of the other robots on that level. Find a brainbot (it looks the same as the one you have to put the brain and bio med gel in) and attack it. Kill it and now you can loot a motivator.

Go to Level1, and use the retina scanner without the dixon's eye. The robots will come attack you, they're fairly easy, and after that, get the motivators. ;)

If my memory don't run out,there is a motivator at Navarro basement.

Can K9 motivator be used on Skynet???
I just use the ordinary one that I found from the robots.
