Special encounters...

The random encounters section says, that you need certain amount of luck to find certain special encounters. Not true. I have found all of them, except the king arthurs knights, with luck only 4.

Actually that luck requirement is true and false at the same time. It just means that you have a bigger chance of finding them in a shorter period of game time. Of course, if you play a for a some years (game time), running over the wasteland continuesly, you might find all of them.

My guide is a bit vague on the subject at the moment, I'll update it. Going through the game files I found there is a minimum level for each encounter (about 5-9), as well, which is something I haven't seen anywhere (although I've seen min and max LK requirements listed).
