Special perks?

I have heard thath there is some perks i never have got like VIRGIN OF THE WASTE and BERSERKER how does i get them = ?

Well, berserker is easy. Just go to some town and kill a lot of innocent people. You might get bounty hunters after you, and believe me it´s not a good thing.
I haven´t even heard about the other perk you mentioned, so can´t help you there.

I have killd eweryone in modoc but i cant get berserker.

Well...go to some other town. Vault City for example. I got berserker perk for killing everyone in the Den and Vault City.

Well they started it. Honestly. I killed them at the end of the game, so I had gauss rifle and a vindicator minigun.
And as for question where am I from, the answer is Finland.
I´m not a violent person, I just had a bad day when I killed them.

Hmmm now im only need virgin of the waste and is there a way to get bishops wife = )or make her move from him ?

You can sleep with the Bishop´s wife, but I don´t think you can take her with you.

Some times i have speakt to her and i askt her why she didnt leave him so it maybe is a way = )

As far as I remember there is a way to convince her to leave if you have a high charisma but as far as I'm aware there's no way to have her leave with you.
