Sulik is a Scardy Cat

I'm having a problem with Sulik lately, in all combat situations he runs off, I've tried different weapons, he's fully healed and I've tried all the combat scripts and custom mode. Periodaclly Vic says 'Boss Sulik is glaring at me' Currently I've just finished the Frog Morton quest in Redding.
Any suggestion anybody ?

He does that sometimes for me too.....if other party members shoot him by accident or if he's been hurt alot in previous battles he tends to get a little gun shy....i usually reload one of my other saved games and try again.

Hi Cobrajet56, thanks for that, I assume he stays scared. I just got Cassidy to join me so I guess I'll leave Sulik behind, Anyone know of the karma or party effect if I sell him in Vault City (He wasn't much use anyway, he kept killing me with the SMG and kept missing with his hammer)

This bug has been reported before, but if I recall correctly it should be fixed by the patch.

Well I said I was out of luck :), I'm too far in to lose the saves, I want to get to 'Tactics so I wont play again, LOVE IT so far though.

i thought sulik may have a crippled limb, check it out, use doctor on him.

Thanks for that Zuger, It never dawned on me, although I did check his stats, I didn't notice anything but I didn't look that hard, I found him to be quite useless, Cassidy would kick his ass, and Cassidy is a better shot. I left him in VC, I'll have a look when I go back there.

BTW 'Tactics? Is it a bad game ? I just got it cos I liked BG and PT, I fancied more of the same with guns, I was told that there were alot of references to FO 2, so I wanted to play that first.

Zuger, I just checked him and he had a crippled arm, I didn't know you'd have to *use* doctor to find out what was wrong, I just thought it'd be in his combat screen.

How lucky am I? I had left him outside the clinic in VC, I love this game! :)

That's a matter of opinion. There is no role playing like in FO and very little replay value. You pretty much solve all your problems with squitted eyes glaring down at your foe with a .44 Magnum revolver pointed at his head. Do you feel lucky, punk? :) You'll probably play it once, just to see what all the hubbub is about, then shelf it. The multiplayer option is nice. You can kill your friends, turn around and laugh in their faces. ;-)

Cool! just like Real Life!

I just like the change to guns from swords +2 vs Orcs :) I'm really enjoying FO 2 for that reason, I'm even going 'round collecting guns I'll never use, I just want to have them, to hold and caress and...oh! oh!...I think I might have a problem.

FOT is about as similar to PS:T as Warcraft II is to Civ.

I've played PS:T and loved it to death, specially Morte.
I've started FT, and I'm enjoying it (It's like IWD with stealth), I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Civ or WC, but I'll take it that you dont like one of them :)
Actually when I finish the two Fallouts (2 and Tactics) I'll reinstall PS:T and have another NO with a higher INT this time. Thanks Doyle for the reminder!
