this game is easy

hey i went up to frank h. and he was punching me. so i got out my vindcator mini and shot ih 2 times one for 325hit pts and the other with 215 hit pts then he kicked me and hit me for 12 hit pts. so i used my fist and he always lost his next turn so i beat him . why is he so easy to beat

Maybe try playing the game at a more difficult setting than "easy"???

The answer is right there. There aren't many creature that survive against the the Vindicator burst.

Since you've finished the game once, you can play again as a different type of char: Charisma Boy (talker not a fighter), Close Combat Boy (HtH/Melee fighter), Stealth Boy (thief) and so on.

Also there are a lot of quests you haven't done, if you've only played through once. It's impossible to do ALL the quest in one game.

what lvl were you? i found horrigan easy too, but i was like lvl 25 or something. and on the hardest fighting mode and hardest gaming mode.. so HAH! (i was unarmed char)

i am at level 21 and had the game on difficalty but it is still easy ha ha i guess i am a master oh yeah i played charisma boy char and it is lots of fun.

If you take the quest to rescue the trapper in klamath, you´ll be give the location of a mine. rescue him, then return. I opened the elevator and went up. the reward is the bozar and other stuff. With this weapon and the sneak skill, in two turns he will go down. Promised, even in the hardest level of combat.

I find it can be a bit of a lottery fighting Frank. Sometimes he will fire off a lucky shot and do 700 damage to you first time, another time and he won't do more than 50 damage without hitting the deck.

You can make things more difficult by not having the Turrets shoot him and getting involved in a fight with the Enclave soldiers waiting nearby, ie you'll be getting shot from all angles and not just Frank. Also don't get the Sniper perk (effectively makes targetted shots redundant) and use a melee weapon or combat armour. That should keep things more interesting.

Btw, did anyone else find Vic and you can both wander around the Enclave without getting shot at? I've tried it a few times and it always works.... though Security robots aren't quite as accomodating to Vic.
