Toxic caves and other stuff...

How do I open the elevator door in the Toxic Caves (the cave where we save Smiley)

Also, where can I find the chips to have myself upgraded, in the the BOS.

To get into the toxic caves storage area, first you'll have to repair the generator in the room Smiley was in. Then you'll have to pick the lock on the elevator door, and I believe to do that you'll need an electronic lockpick. Be aware that if your game isn't patched, the electronic lockpick mkII will NOT work here.

The BoS upgrades are in:
Red(strength): Vault City's Vault
Yellow(intelligence): Sierra Army Depot
Green(perception): Military Base
Blue(charisma): Navarro
