Unusual Time Limit problem

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Sep-07-02 AT 11:11AM (GMT)[p]I have heard Fallout 2 has a thirteen year time limit. No problem, I thought. Now, I had started a new character, and just reached the proper bit of the game (i.e. after my hundreth exploration of Klamath), and the village elder popped up saying there was no time. The game then ended.

I have played before, and have a had a few hurry up messages from him, but I have never had one this early, or one that actually ended the game.

Have I got an unpleasant bug, or is this meant to happen?

I do have the patch, and am running the UK version.

i think you do; ive heard of no tme limit, and have had chars who start at 21 go to 50 something, while looking fo rando encounters and exp (that char got to lvl 64 from enclave patrols!!). maybe i have a bug. . .

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Sep-08-02 AT 10:20AM (GMT)[p]Blast, I knew it was odd - the date is only August the 3rd, and I have gone much further before. I wonder if I've done anything stupid that would make this happen?

And yes, I did mean Hakunin. Oops.
