[FO2] Vault City

I have updated my Fallout 2 to version 1.02 uk version, but i have a problem to enter vault city. The persons in the costumers office isnt there at any point of the day. And when i get the daypass from blowing up the locker Iam missing 2 persons inside it too (2 guys in 2 shoops). I have tryed restarting and reinsatlled but nothing works.

I had the same problem.....DL'ing the latest patch and a total reinstall did the trick for me......after uninstallation clean out the save game files and anything elst for FO2....then reinstall then install the patch....that should do it....if not sorry.
