recently I was talking to (sy)phyllis in the vc vault, and after a while I ended up donating sperm to vault city! will this somehow affect the ending?
speaking of that, how do get the "second class-citizen" ending for vault city? (I think somebody once said something about getting redding to join NCR, how do I do that?)

and one more thing; why won't dr. troy give me the jet quest?

Donating sperm didn't affects the ending in any of the games I played.

Don't wipe out the Raiders. I don't think Redding joining NCR affects the VC ending. But with the constant raids, VC will asks NCR for help. Also you won't be able to get the evidence from the Raider's safe to prove that Bishop and NCR is resposible for the raids.
