VC Central Computer

using VC central computer cannot get Vault 15 city on map in pipboy. But i was playing vers 1.0 computer set on map. How to use pipboy to get world map from central compter in VC.

you don't get the location of vault 15 from there, you get it from tandi in ncr i thought...
