Voice Recognition Module

I need one and can't find one. I already checked New Reno Arms and it wasn't there. Where is it?

Have you spoken to the proprietory of New Reno Arms about something special? He'll charge a pretty penny for it. But if you're cheap (like me) and strong, you can find one in a footlocker in Vault 8. It's in the same room as the Red Memory Module.

I checked every footlocker in Vault 8 and couldnt find anything. When I talked to the New Reno Arms guy about something special, all he talked about was something for a hunting rifle. Where else could I find it?

There's only two place it is. One is Vault 8, on the second floor in a locker hidden behind a wall, the other is from the New Reno Arms owner, have to ask him about "something special".

I you can't find either, well, look harder, as there are no others.
