Voice recognition module

I heard it can be found in VC somewhere in the vault...
I actually think I found it there while playing some time ago, but now I CAN'T. I searched whole 2nd level of the vault (think that that's the place it's supposed to be - in one of the rooms with blocked door)...as well as the rest. And still no vr module. Can anyone tell me where is it.
Maybe it depends on whether you search the vault BEFORE accepting the quest to fix the V13 computer or after (that's my situation).

There are two vault voice recognition modules that you can obtain.

The 1st is in the 2nd level of the vault in the bottom stuck door room. You need a very high strength to open it though, and the strength memory module is in there also (ironic huh). You can use to crowbar to help you open the doors but you need to have a minimum strength of 7 and even higher then that if you don't use a crowbar. Just take some Buffout.

You can buy the 2nd module in New Reno at the guns store (New Reno Arms), ask for something "special" and the owner will sell it to you. It can be a bit expensive if your short on cash though. With a high enough speech skill you can barter the price down.

The modules always stay there till you obtain them, so accepting the quest from the Vault 13 deathclaws does not affect it
