weird - a bug or just a victory tune 
I finished Fallout 2 abut 3 times but this thing appeared only once.
After beating Horrigan, watching the Oil Rig blowing up etc...I arrived at San Fran and ... instead of usual SF music I heard - "oh give me... a kiss to build a dream on ..." wow!...but is it a bug, or it just depends on the way you play the game or something ?
