if you talk to bishop in new reno, he says to assasinate Westin in NCR. well this is difficult, because there is a giant force field blocking his estate. How do i get to him? and while i'm at it, what should i use to kill him? i found some poison somewhere that i havent found any other use for...so i was thinking that...

Talk to the police chief about a job, then talk to the guy guarding the force field and tell him you want to see Westin about a job. He'll let you in.
