Actually, it might not be frozen. I had that problem for a while, and found that either by waiting a long time, or starting the initial conversation at a different time of day (I can't remember which one), I could get it to work. BTW, can you give me some basic specs of your computer? CPU, memory (ammount and type), OS, etc? That section of FO2 could clog up my old PIII easily.
