Where Can I Find A Vindicator Minigun

Just for kicks I'm trying to collect 1 of every gun in the game. I've found the normal minigun, the avenger minigun, the gattling laster, but not once have I ever seen the vindicator...where can I get this? I heard my friend say a guard on the enclave had one but i kinda...well, blew it up.

San Francisco, Red 555 Guns (on the right side). He is very likely to have a Vindicator on him (or on one of the desks). If not, go outside SF, rest for four days and go back.

A Vindicator Minigun can be found on th oil rig. When you go one level down , you`ll see 2 or 3 green, long boxes and some grey lockers, right? In one of the green ones you`ll certainly find the best weapon of this game.
