First time out of the vault
I played Fallout 1 before Fallout 2 and am finding the amount of encounters ridiculous. I tend to get attacked every 1.5 cells on the world map, whilst in Fallout 1 it'd be every 4 cells at most.
Forget about Outdoorsman as I'm not talking about that.
I just keep getting attacked way too much, it's ridiculous. I have the car, but I'm just annoyed at how frequently I'm attacked when going on foot.
Fallout 2 is NOT running too slow/fast on my computer, so I know it's not one of those commonly known errors with travel speed.
Is there something I'm missing? Some patch? Because I get pissed just going from Gecko to Vault City...
