I take her with me gows down the well...takes the bb gun gives it to that dad dude he starts to get sad...i go to the gost farm gets down and walks around buth Laddy doesn´t find any jonny!!!
What the hell am i doing wrong?!?
Pleas tell me...

In a room to the north in the ghost farm underground, there are like 10 kids standing around, the one at the most northwest is Jonny, Laddy will walk up to him when you enter the room, if he doesnt, just talk to the kid. ask him his name and so on, make sure you don't ask him anything but his name, and to tell him his father's name is Balthas. Note:You must deal with the Modoc and Ghost Farm problems before you can take Jonny home.

This is my third time through the game and the second time I can't get Johnny's dad to ask me to find him. And when I find him, he just says hi. Is this just not enough charisma? I am getting most of the other quests.

Second time going through, and I got the quest both times, however, the second time I didn't get Laddy's help, but you don't need it. Second time I had poor speech skill, and I doubt somebody would care about a person's charisma if they offered to find their lost kid. And you probally didn't click on the right kid, he's at the far left of the group.

first you don't need to give the bb guns to jonny's dad i think he's name was balthos. Go to the ghost farm, go up norht, i think it's some kind of a water storage. you will find jonny there and tell him that his dad sent you, u must give the right name of jonny's dad or he will just run and ignore you.
