Fo2LC - world view problem

Even if i put start position in X Y like 373,122 for Klammath when play new game character is shown on arryo positon (i use loader creator v3) Can this be fixed?
 
Have you some connections with Team X?

I tryed on hexeditor but got too small experience with that
 
I am a TeamX member.
Type 400 for World View X and 0 for World View Y in FO2LC. Change in city.txt Arroyo coordinates:
world_pos=584,133
Use new city.txt and loader.
 
This cant be tricked, when try walk on world map player is shown over arryo.

Have you made in TeamX any new mods after "New vision"?
 
Camera must be shown over new Arroyo location.
Area over old Arroyo location will be highlighted - it's only trouble.
