I don't think so, I don't you can do anything with the remaining mutants of Mariposa passing trough the boneyard. (That's how they died right?)
 
Just wondering, is there any "good" ending data at all present for The Boneyard? (Graphic, recorded text)?

I'm assuming there wasn't any, and this just got passed by when the game was finialised.
 
There is a screen, can't remember offhand if there's a recording.
