So, now I've got some annoying problem as well. I am close to the final of my second playthrough and just finished For Auld Lang Syne. Now Arcade should run away to bring his power armor. Problem for me: He isn't doing it. He is still with me and acts like before. No clue what to do, to get him his power armor.

Someone has any clue how / if this is possible to fix?

Hmmm, no idea. A heads up though, he doesn't stay with you once he gets the armor; he stays with the remnants.

I know, I've finished it already once. But I want to send him to help in Freeside when the battle at Hoover Dam begins. Now I can't do that. Sucks.

Damn it, I've noticed it too late, so I can't simply reload.. quicksave and autosave are already newer ones and reloading the last hard save would need me to do some Caesar stuff again, which I don't really want to now.

Did you completely finish "Render unto Caesar" (one of the prerequisite quests AFAIK)?
I thought I had but didn't 'return for my next quest' and hence didn't complete that quest in one of my play troughs.

Yes, was finished.

I've reloaded the last hard-saved savegame and have done everything again. Needed me some time and it was the first time that I have been really annoyed by the loading screens every few meters, but it worked. Looks like I have been too fast, after I've convinced Orion Moreno and something happened with Arcades script...

But now I have the next problem. Ranger Grant doesn't give me any dialogue option regarding president Kimball's arriving. This starts to get annoying.

/Edit: Something seriously fucked up my game. Now I can't even rest anymore. Regardless where I am, the game always tells me that I can't rest in this location.. wtf.

/Edit²: While checking out stuff in the GECK, I noticed that Ranger Grant's npc name is Captain Graham. Seems like they changed his name later in the game. I'll guess to not confuse him with Joshua Graham.
