Forget to install sfall1: does it matter?

Ah, this is actually related to this thread. After the entire fuckup with Fallout Update Mod, I tried to follow PainlessDocM's suggestion:
PainlessDocM said:
This is how I install F1

1) Install Fallout
2) Find and install "Fallout_1_TeamX_Patch_ENG_1.2w"
3) Install "f1child_patch"
4) Install "fallup13" - this is the TeamX patch 1.3.4
5) Install "f1*npcmod" from TeamX
6) Install "sfall1"
7) Install "Fallout1_High_Resolution_Patch_v1.3"
8) Open f1_res and set AUTO_SCRN_SIZE = 0, then your desired resolution

But alas, I forgot to install sfall. So this is my installation step:
1) Install Fallout
2) Install Fallout_1_TeamX_Patch_ENG_1.2w
3) Install f1child_patch
4) Install fallup13 from TeamX
5) Install f1npcmod, to enable companions to raise level
6) And I directly install the High Resolution Patch (v1.3), without install sfall1.

My game is pretty stable so far; I went to RadScorpion cave without problems, and I even got the used car dealer random encounter (yippe). Needless to say I shamelessly ran Falche to modify my lockpick skill to 197%, in order to get Red Ryder Limited Edition BB Gun. Yay!

But, the fact that I didn't to install sfall1 worries me:

(1) what the worst could happen?

(2) if I install sfall1 on top of High Resolution Patch, will it cause problem? Also, can I still restore my previous savegame files (especially the one after I got Red Ryder LE BB gun) after I install sfall1?

(3) what if I re-install the entire thing according to PainlessDocM's steps above? Ie, installing sfall1 before the High Resolution patch? Can I keep my savegame files that way?

(4) or do you think it's better if I proceed without sfall1 anyway?

Thanks,

If you have installed the high res patch, sfall should be includet there.
