[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Aug-15-01 AT 11:27PM (GMT)[p]This is the fourth letter I've emailed them (under dipshit's letter). This one finally gets a reply, unfortunately it was by a "Product Specialist Lv. 3" which is a bumped-up term for "I answer some stuff, but not all...be lucky I pay attention without snoring".
Dear Valued Customer, [font color=red](I'm not your customer, Gimpy, and with your service's ineptitude, I wouldn't willingly be one either.)
Currently, we are investigating issues with how to combat this new Email
Virus.[font color=red](learn how to configure your POP3 and SMTP servers) Unfortunately, so is practically every other ISP in the world at this
time.[font color=red](Actually, quite a few have enabled filters on their SMTP servers that will block outgoing email based on certain criteria - good to know you're one of the lazy ones or stupid ones) Due to the reproductive nature of this virus, it can easily spread to
many people, which makes it increasingly difficult to fight. [font color=red](Break out the server config manual and put in filters, what a dumb shit...)When you
recieve a message with the following information in it's message body, we
ask that you delete the message immediately and by all means, please do not
open the attachment.
The following message bodies are generated by this virus:
Hi! How are you?
See you later. Thanks
Also:
I send you this file in order to have your advice.
and:
Take a look to the attachment.
If you recieve any messages with strange attachments, and the previous text
in the message body, please delete it immediately.

[font color=red]Kevin, they actually pay you to do something? I hope it's sure as hell not a lot. Let's see...what the fuck was it I put in my email? A link to the virus profile? So what the hell was the above? Not too bright, I suppose, or you must not have even read my email. Of course, I wouldn't put this past a company that can't figure out how to set up a filter on a user that is sending SHITLOADS of copies of this virus out over the span of a few weeks and whose ISP email box is full beyond quota. Please don't breed, as this is a clinical case of the gene pool needing lifeguards...armed with shotguns.
