FOT (not respondning)

my fot stops responing for like 1-2 minutes and then resumes.. it mostly hapends when i die and reload a savegame.. realy fucked up problem .. anyone have an idea what it could be?

im running in on a duron 600,256ram,DirectX 8.0a under win2k

similar thing happenes to me one minute after booting up the OS. I think it has something to do with some service running in the background, But I haven't figured out which one.

I also have Duron 600, 256ram

samething happens to me. Alt+Tab and Ctrl+Alt+Delete seem to help a lot, or at least it lowers my stress just bashing my fav keys -
