FOT: Strange reinstall error

OK, the exit grids stopped working on some maps, I had patched it to ver. 1.27, but the problem kept occurring, so I uninstalled it. However, after reinstalling, I get this...

C:\dev\phoenix\font\font_manager.cpp(41) **Fatal Error** failed creation of font: font_normal (and the following after it)

I hit OK, and then it gives me this errror message...

Runtime Error! Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\14 DEGREES EAST\FALLOUT TACTICS\BOS.EXE

I don't know what it is looking for, maybe there is something that needs to be removed in the registry that the uninstaller didn't get rid of?

some other guys here also reported that after the reinstall the game was looking into your c:\dev'phoniex or whatever dir... I find it strange, I did several reinstalls and it worked ok for me...
