Free 3D software !

Saw that advertisment too and tinkered downloading, thanks for reminding me again. ;)

Anyone who used daz3d studio already, is it rather easy to learn or does it have a very bloated interface like Blender? That was always the dead give away for me. :<

I already had an account with them because of an old Bryce giveaway from years ago.

I haven't used the studio, so I can't comment on it. I love Blender, but I agree the interface can be opaque and mystifying.
