freedom2surf.com -> telnet?

Is there a way to change file permissions on f2s.com accounts? I heard it's done with telnet, but documentation on f2s.com doesn't mention any way to do it, and their forums are taken down.

Nay and nay (not yet, at least )

F2S doesn't support telnetting. I had to ask friends to find out this important information, there was no link on their main site.
