FSE (Fallout Script Editor)

I'm trying to learn the basics of scripting and i have a question:

1) Is Jargo's FSE helpful / recommended by you guys?

2) If so, does anyone know where i can download it? His host page hasn't been updated in years:

it doesn't have working links and the file doesn't seem to be hosted by NMA either.

Yeah i work also with FSE, there are some bugs but nothing very important, so its very better then make your scripts in other editor, cause you have an dialog editor also and many other nice features, like the debug modus. And its very easy to learn, belive me, i learnet it in a few mounths.
 
You know, I never got that program to work for me. That's why I just stuck with Ruby. It just means that I can't use anyone else's source files and must also keep other files open for reference (like numbers of global variables or item numbers). However, this process works for me.
 
I wouldn't say this. I only use the compiler of FSE - never used something else. For writing the scripts you also can use a whatever other programm. Beginners need lots of examples and stuff like that and this you can also see and find without using FSE.

qjordan do you use this tool, what you think ist better then FSE? whats date is te last version? with the russian language i have no problems, but when its na alternativ for FSE or even better then FSE i wil ltranslate it!

I can not argue that Fgeck better FSE, but I use Fgeck has long studied and written scripts for the program. To me, this is the best program for editing and creating scripts.

Установи эту программу и сам решишь, что лучше.

Так же к программе можно прикрутить компилятор, и в программе нажимать кнопку, и скрипт будет компилироваться.
Очень удобно. В fgeck очень много полезных фишек.

So having tried FSE, i'd like to say i've found a pretty cool little program which makes the bitching-ness of scripting that little bit easier.

With one critical flaw:

It doesn't appear to able to compile any script written in a 'non-FSE format'. When i decompile say, one of Killap's RP scripts from .int, FSE won't recompile it citing errors in the headers section (i guess it doesn't like it when if the headers aren't in a seperate file?)

Can anyone help me with this?
 
Hey, does anyone have the latest version of FSE??

The links above are all broken and the version hosted in the files section seems to be too old - a script i know worked on the version i used to have (and deleted) doesn't compile under it.

So can someone link me to their version? Mr Wolna? or TeamX? Pleeeeease?!
