is it possible 2 change appirance of power armor from F2 to looks like one in F. Tactics ?

The power armor set is named HAFOTP. To make the FO2 power armor look like the FoT one, the proto for that armor would have to be changed to refer to the HAFOTP images. Takes about two seconds for someone who knows what they are doing in the official fallout mapper, which is also a prototype editor.
 
Wow, If PS wasnt banned rigth about now there woudl be a reference to how bad FOT is ;)

I cant remeber if I uploaded the inventory image for the power armour as well, but I think I put it in the art pack?
 
OK, i am sorry but Is there anybody who can give me detail (step by step) on how to change appearance, I newer done it before. Thank you all !

If all you want to do is change the original power armor to look like the one in FOT, you can just do this:

1) Download critter pack 2
http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=591

2) Extract the contents of critter pack 2 to a temporay directory, and rename the HAFOTP files to HAPOWR

3) Put those new HAPOWR files in \fallout2\data\art\critters

4) Download art pack 1
http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=616

6) Rename the FOTPNW.frm to pwrarmor.frm and put it in \fallout2\data\art\items

7) Rename FOTP1.frm to pwrarmor.frm and put it in \fallout2\data\art\inven

That's it ... that changes the 3 needed graphics ... the ground image (items), inventory image (inven), and character animation (critters).
