FUCK! doesn't open Fallout 1 critter pro

Hello everyone =)

I try to open the .pro file of the critters of Fallout 1 for edit and see their stats with FUCK! but it doesn't work, I have an error message:

Anyone know how or with what other programs I can open them? Thanks in advance and have a nice day

I lost 3 hour for find a solution myself, thanks to you I'll be able now to see and edit the stats of FO1 critters . Nice evening my friend!
