Galaxy News transcript from Fallout intro?

I never noticed this was even in the Fallout intro until today when I was watching it on YouTube.

You will have to listen closely to hear it, but in the intro a Galaxy News Anchor is speaking in the background starting at about the 30 second mark and ending at about 1:10.

There's probably nothing big to be discovered here.. It's mostly out of curiosity. But does anyone have a transcript of what the news anchor is saying?
 
I've always been curious about that myself. One of the game devs might be able to find a transcript or separate audio track. I don't know if anyone here can provide that.
 
I think it's so unhearable it might be unsignificant and just a random audio track.
 
It's very, very faint and unintelligible, but you can hear the shots when the Power Armored soldier shoots the prisoner. I would expect the devs to have written something appropriate to the scenes, but it's so faint we can't tell what it is.
