Game Boy Advance Fallout Rom?

I was wondering if there's anyone with potential knowledge of porting the original fallout into a GBA rom to be played on an emulator and possibly the Game Boy Advance itself. If anyone knows if this is possible, that'd be dank dood.
Sorry if this is in the wrong place to post this.

Why in the world would you want to do that? Seriously, there are better platforms for this (like smartphones/tablets or even the 3DS), do you really want to put up with the GBA's vast limitations for... what, nostalgic purposes?

Do explain.

Yes. The Gameboy Advance is my favorite handheld console, and as a collector, I know if someone were to port it to the Gameboy Advance, they'd have to adjust and probably rebuild the game from the ground up. But I've got a specially built Gameboy Advance SP to look like a Vault-Tec jumpsuit and quite frankly, only want it to play on the go, and for the novelty. I could get an emulator for an old windows, and play it on my tablet, but where's the fun or novelty in that? I'd prefer to make it GBA compatible and actually play it using a flashcard.

Okay, that sounds cool and all, but why would someone recreate Fallout 1 for the GBA for you? Are you paying? Do you have something else to offer?

His gratitude. Isn't that enough?

Nope he didn't say please or how much he'd pay to have someone port it to the Game boy advance. It's wouldn't be worth porting it to the game boy advance anyway since they'd have to butcher it to get it to run on the system.

I'd be more than willing to pay, I just thought anyone who'd be willing to make it would name their price, sorry for coming off as an asshole.

It would be impossible or nearly impossible to port fallout to the game boy advance. Even the android port run's very slow and the android is much more powerful then the game boy advance. the closest handheld device that could run Fallout 1 and 2 perfectly with no problems would be the Psp Vita, but it's hard to mod and hack and it would take years to get the games to run on the system since it's hard to mod.

Our engine runs fine on android, and should run on PSP as well, but that's not the point.
As was said, GBA is just too slow. There's no hardware acceleration (well, only for scaling and rotation). There's also lack of ram (256KB) and storage (32MB without bank switching). Moreover, screen is too small to see anything anyway.
