actually I think using the same setup as fallout tactics would be nice. You could play in realtime or turnbased. Being able to make more than one character would be pretty cool, kind of like icewind dale. I don't think changing the game look would be good. Making a first person game would just feel strange. And make it just an enormasoly huge game, the kind that would take you a year to finish. The first ever game to have 400+hours of game time. Yeeaaahh. that's it.

400+ hours of game time would only make for 66 days of play.
That's working on 6 hours of play per day. (Which is what I was averaging out to when I was first playing Fallout2.)

For a full year of game time you'd need 2190 hours of gameplay. Now Fallout2 took 2-3 years to create??? Maybe more??? And only gives about 80 hours of gameplay. So, considering the engine would take 2 years to build that gives us 1-2 years they had to make 80 hours of gameplay. (Let's make it 1 year)

So, to make 1 full year of gameplay at 6 hours per day, would take the programmers 2 years for the engine and 27 years for the gameplay. But... IMHO it'd be worth the wait. :)

but if they hired everyone who posts on this board to test and play the game it would only take 5 years and we wouldn't have to wait.
