Game Startup Error Message

First time out of the vault
when i double click the shortcut i get the normal Tactics Launcher. But then when i click "Play Fallout Tactics" i get an error message: "Bos.exe-Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetEyycED could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" what the heck is that? i was playing online then i finished playing a match. Then when the host launched the next game i got that message and now i can't play FOT. Whats wrong?
 
nvm it went away. it was a temporary problem i guess. i did nothing to fix it though. ok thanx for your post any ways nut next time il do what u said
