Thanks alot of the nice folks at Something Awefull, who have links to all the Gameinformer - Elder Scrolls pictures, we now have a screenshot of the famous Gameinformer Fallout snibblet:<blockquote><center></center></blockquote>I don't believe there will be any copyrights issues, because we've already posted what the article says.
Now remember to visit the Something Awefull forums for all those Oblivion pictures! :lol:
 
So it will be set in 'a fimiliar city' as in 'a' as in '1' city.

Sounds like Resisdent eveil to me, maybe it is set in raccoon city or it PA name of necroplosis ;)

F3 would really suck if you were limited to only one location.

Err... that picture is a rather common bit of Fallout art. It's certainly on the Fallout jewel-case and box.


That background is actually a differently colored copy of the Necropolis artwork, the bit of art you get for the city map and the Necropolis endings.
 
Damn, that's a great piece of artwork. I wonder who made it...

I wouldn't know. Maybe Fallout's art director or the lead artist would remember.

Let me see... how curious. It says here a certain "Leonard Boyarsky" held both positions. Does that name ring a bell? Anyone? 8)
 
Perhaps it was just Tim Cain in disguise so he could collect another paycheck?

Obviously just a hack job anyway, simply a composite made of the Power Armor rendering and the Necropolis artwork.

Damn, it's always like this, I make a post, and then Some goddamn developer comes in and posts just after me, overshadowing my brilliantism (and i'm not even sure if that's a word) :( . Already happened with Pete hine, Puuk, and now you too.

Anyway, welcome, are you trying to swindle our opinion, make us forget the actual fallout license and just hope your PA game has "ToEE quality" combat and a history/setting as good as arcanum's ?
 
Troika, please don't make a bad game of that PA RPG or I will kill myself (really).

Sigh, I knew I'd seen it somewhere before. I just assumed it was the VB images since I haven't seen the boxes in a while... (I wonder if i still have mine). I'll go smack my head against the wall a few times in punishment.
 
*sobs hysterically* I want the original Fallout box and manual so badly... Anyone interested in a partially used and irradiated soul?
