Games with both 1st/3rd person view and isometric camera

Kinda like NWN+Camera mod, The Witcher or these endless mods made in Starcraft II editor. We're arguing because no one ever wishes to implement both. But is there any games that actually have both cameras? Especially RPGs.

It's rare to have both as it upsets balance/gameplay and has technical issues. In isometric or bird's perspective you can get away with much lower texture and model quality, and at the same time you show much more of the scenery. At best it feels awkward like in Witcher 1.
I know of no other games that tried it.
