GECK crashes when trying to load an exterior cell

First time out of the vault
So when I try to load an exterior the geck just freezes and I have to close it, I cant figure out why.

Here is my EditorWarnings.log file,here is my loadorder. If I delete everything in GECKCustom.ini and GECKPrefs.ini and try loading an exterior cell again, the error still persists.

My gpu drivers are up to date, im running an RX 5700 XT and a Ryzen 7 3700X.
 
You are using MO2, right?
Uncheck all your replacer mod to disable the new assets from overwriting vanilla assets.
I figure there's one possible cause for your CTD: your replacer mod contain some assets that was too HD for GECK to process.
Another cause might be some buggy scripts in your esp or esm, in which case there can only be fixed directly with xEDIT rather than GECK.

Figured this out a week ago, it was because of NVAC. I think 2 years ago when I made my current modlist Viva New Vegas still had NVAC in their guide and since ive been running the same modlist since then I still have NVAC installed. But after I removed nvac.dll the geck worked again.
