Getting better weapons earlier with patch

Since the patch disables the abuse the drugging of BOS troops and taking of their weapons this leaves the special encounters for looting.

Drug those merchant,trader,farmer,grandma with bubblegum and voodo as these drugs suck, take their stuff when they overdose and died, no rep penalty.

They have very good weapons but no little for them unfortunately.

Best is if you can find the uprising special encounter and drug the 2 BOS and take their vindicators and 2000 7.62. Killing deathclaws in Quincy has never been so easy.

Also be sure to steal the jackhammers from the merchant's guards , its extremely powerful and with fletchet rounds it can kill adult deathclaws easily.

hmm what bout using healing podwer on them and some jet (if its in tactics) they loose perception and its easier to steal
oh and i have a trick find the titanic random encounter take the gem then sell it steal it back it only wieghs .1 lbs soooo easy its worth 6-7 k rps
my guys lvl 2 just about to enter 2nd mission and has a flamer pistol desert eagle, environmental armour gaus pistol and im about to try that drug the guys take the stuff 5this will give me a vindicator minigun and hopefully powerarmor mwahaha

You cannot take the armor in Uprising, unfortunately.

I bought the Gauss Pistol from one of the encounters, but sadly like many of the weapons in encounters, you won't find ammunition until you'd normally find the gun itself. Not very useful. The Pancors are excellent, though, since they use common ammo.
