Getting Item from Jeremy in Gecko

henry41

First time out of the vault
Playing FO2 and trying to play through w/out walkthrough. After giving Skeeter the Super Repair Kit and getting the fuel cell controller, I decided to check to see if I could get anything else from Jeremy since I still had the requisition form. However when he ask me what i want to pick up the only reply options I have is "Moss-covered three-handled gredunga" or Never mind I'll return later or something along those lines.

What is a "Moss-covered three-handled gredunga" ? :?
And of course he says it's out of stock.

This is after repairing the reactor, but before optimizing the powerplant.
Thanks in advance :D

Just Guessing

Just Guessing

Don't know.

Conjecture: the designers structured several branching paths, multiple trails of bread crumbs.

Each path had an item available to unlock that part acquisition sub quest. Another yes / no logic contact to open or close.

End up with extra requisition form, as may end up with extra colored card key. More stuff for the Pack Rat - inventory mini game!

Stuff, and stuff, and more stuff!

Too much like real life! :( ... ;)

Can I guess you're playing with killap's patch? In the vanilla game you can request a part for each form, and it's also possible to keep the form due to a bug with the Bag. killap probably made it so you can only get one part.

Yes, I am playing with Killap's patch. Is there a readme with the patch. Kinda new at this.

Well, for starters you're supposed to tell us if you're using mods, since this changes a lot of things about how your game works and how people should respond to your questions/issues/etc. In any case, there's nothing more you need from Jeremy.

Sorry. I did not know that an unofficial patch was considered a mod. Will know better next time.
Thanks for the help and the heads up.
