I tell everyone I know that's into RPGs about Fallout but usually people will just shrug it off and not follow up on it. I'll tell them "Greatest RPG ever" or even "Greatest game ever." I go on and tell them that they can get the two greatest games ever made at their local Electronic Boutique for only $19.99 but in the end I usually find myself lending out my own copies.

Tell me your best strategies for getting someone interested in the series.

Let them try it then they will ask to borrow it. Then u say that u are very afraid of that they might get damaged then they will buy Fallout.

Or do a full install on their system (600 megs isn't much nowadays) and take the CD home.

Yeah sure, I do that with my friends but I'm in the retail buisiness and I usually recommend the games to gamers that I sell computers to. I don't get much chance to go up in thier house and install a 650MB game in thier new computer so I was just hoping for some fresh pitches to get more people interested in the series.

Why not just bundle it in with the computer and charge them extra?

I would do that if I were in buisiness by myself and I wanted to buy FO 1&2 in bulk. But alas I am limited by my employer's policies.
