Ghost Farm Problem

Hello,

I've a stupid problem: I can't find the way out from ghost farm's underground level. I tried going north... nothing (a lake with children)! I tried going south... nothing (opened a door, a guy said I could go, but I have no area transition place there)!

Can someone help me O_o?!

In south you have a stair to go up.
