Gif to FRM

Sonny, I Watched the Vault Bein' Built!
Im currently trying to covert some a GIF file into a FRM. I trying to use GIF2FRM which seems to work OK, but the problem seems to be with the GIf - I think.

It is made up of three frames. The first frame is the whole picture but the second and third are only the differences between the frames rather than the whole picture. Is this the Gif or the FRM. it plays alright as a GIF but not as a FRM.

Im not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean that your single gif contains all 3 animation frames, and then you convert it to FRM?
Or are they seperated into 3 seperate gifs?
I have a hunch that the gif is causing you grief, but im not sure how GIF2FRM uses your original gif(s) as I dont use GIF2FRM.
I have a feeling you'd be better off with bitmaps.

I need to make a piece of scenery 'move' like lights flashing or water moving etc... I suspose I could just make it like a critter FRM with the six different angles but thats kind of overkill for what I need. So how would I use 3 BMPs to make 1 FRM?

bmp2frm can do multi-scource frm's... have a play.. it's in DAC's file section.. along with frm2bmp..

Using GIF2FRM program cant find colour palette and Titanium FRM Browser seem convert only FRM2GIF. Any sugestions?

Maybe i used old version. Now i downloaded from TeamX files gif2frm0,9 and this work

Seem to use this program must enter:

Code:
gif2frm.exe image.gif

I cant find any instructins, got he any other functions?

Gif to FRM is a really good program. I must admitt I actaully remeber asking about this way back then. For the record I think it was a dodgy GIF or something.
